2012 Class Schedule
Coach’s is dedicated to continuing education and our efforts have helped us becoming the leader in CE classes for our industry. We offer FREE CE classes throughout the state of Michigan at each of our branch offices.
*All our classes are approved through the State of Michigan for Property and Casualty Continuing Education Credits
*All classes are free and there are no exams.

Reducing Costs Through Restoration (56536 – 3 credits) Topics include an overview of restoration after fire and water loss, mold remediation and indoor air quality issues. This is an excellent class to learn a variety of techniques used in mitigation.
Advanced Water Damage Restoration (54348 – 3 credits) – Topics include principles of drying after a water loss. Moisture sensing and restoration equipment will be demonstrated. Proper procedures to prevent mold are detailed.
Advanced Fire Damage Restoration (54347 – 3 credits) – Topics include principles of fire, smoke and soot structure and content cleaning, deodorization, and use of restoration equipment.
Mold Prevention and Remediation (55515– 3 credits) – Topics include an introduction to common molds and the related health risks, methods of identification and elimination of moisture, national standards for mold remediation and actual case studies.
Ethical Concerns in Restoration (53570 – 3 credits) – Topics include restoration industry standards and how ethical contractors meet Standard of Care, proper field conduct regarding client privacy, safety, and proper communication between all parties, and potential conflicts of interest regarding job scope, estimates, and pricing are outlined.
Advanced Contents Restoration (54349 – 2 credits) – Topics include how contents react to fire and water damage, the cleaning and deodorizing of fabric items, and the restoration of electronics, antiques and artwork.
Textile Restoration Procedures and Economics (50799 – 2 credits) – Topics include how to control your loss ratio, managing the textile portion of the claim while creating accountability and improving customer service.
