Reducing Costs Through Restoration
(class #47523—3 credits)
Topics include an overview of restoration after fire and water loss, mold remediation and indoor air quality issues. This is an excellent class to learn a variety of techniques used in mitigation.

Advanced Water Damage Restoration (class #50254—3 credits)
Topics include principles of drying after a water loss.  Moisture sensing and restoration equipment will be demonstrated.  Proper procedures to prevent mold are detailed.

Ethical Concerns in Restoration (class ##49047—3 credits)
Topics include restoration industry standards and how ethical contractors meet Standard of Care through proper field conduct regarding client privacy, safety and proper communication between all parties. Potential conflicts of interest regarding job scope, estimates and pricing are outlined.
